Senior Pensions Administrator – REF: TP020

We are currently looking for a Senior Pensions Administrator to join the TPA Administration Services department in Coventry on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities of the role will include supporting the Team Manager and administration department with a range of tasks including planning and organising workloads and allocations, processing and checking of retirement/severance leaver cases and transfer/divorce cases, as well as dealing with ad-hoc and complex member queries. 

The successful candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, having the ability to provide effective administration processes to ensure our quality and service level agreements are met.  The post will involve dealing directly with members, employers and third party providers within a right first time framework, therefore excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
